What You’ll Love About This Role
- Starting pay: $25.50/hour
- PAID CDL Training – No experience? No problem. We’ll train you.
- $1,500 Sign-On Bonus – For those with a valid CDL Class B with Passenger endorsement.
- Overtime Pay – All hours over 40/week are paid at time and a half.

Your Day-to-Day Will Include
- Safely operating a city bus on scheduled routes
- Assisting passengers, including individuals with disabilities
- Communicating with dispatch for real-time updates
- Ensuring passenger safety and comfort at all times
- Conducting pre- and post-trip inspections
- Reporting incidents, vehicle issues, or schedule disruptions
What You Bring to the Driver’s Seat
- High School diploma or GED
- CDL Class B with Passenger endorsement – or the willingness to obtain it
- A valid DOT Medical Card (or ability to get one)
- A positive attitude and strong customer service skills
- Ability to remain calm, focused, and courteous under pressure
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with tablets
Physical Requirements
This role requires the ability to:
- Sit for extended periods while driving
- Lift/move up to 100 lbs occasionally (with assistance)
- Help passengers board/disembark, including use of wheelchair ramps
- Operate in a variety of weather and road conditions
